Shipping Policy
All orders will be shipped within 72 hours after payment is completed. Actual delivery time depends on courier transit schedule.
Return Policy
We offer a 14‑day return policy, which means you may submit a return request within 14 days after receiving your items.
Returned items must be kept in their original condition: unworn and unused, with tags intact and original packaging. You are also required to provide your order receipt or proof of purchase.
- Tax‑related discrepancies are not covered by our after‑sales service.
- Return shipping fees shall be borne by the buyer.

If your return request is approved, we will send you a return label together with instructions for shipping and the return address. Items sent back without prior return application will not be accepted.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive your desired item is to return your existing product. Once your return is accepted, place a separate new order.
Refunds
We will notify you upon receipt and inspection of your returned item to inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
